Mike founded Oxygen Energy Solutions to assist energy clients rapidly penetrate new markets and connect directly with potential end users. With a network that includes c-level executives in the global energy, natural resources, and engineering community, Mike has found consistent success in generating revenue and valuable market feedback. Mike’s focus is in determining key market values for complex technological solutions, and has negotiated multi-million dollar contracts with organizations including the Canadian Federal Government, Provincial Governments, NGOs, private industry and the United Nations.
Mike’s successes include the launch of Canada’s first fully automated carbon management system for the corporate travel industry, as well as negotiating key multi-year strategic partnerships with global firms including Siemens, Hatch, Enel Green Power, Black & Veatch, Caterpillar, ABB and Worley Parsons.

As an environmental and clean technology business development consultant, Ashley adds value to the team with his diverse background in analytical thinking, problem solving and scientific research. With a Masters in Science and an Executive MBA with a specialization in collaboration and the strategic development of teams, Ashley is well versed in complex technological solutions in clean and environmental tech. He also has a strong knowledge of the different funding agencies that are available for clean technology companies both at a federal and a provincial level. He has previous experience working with investment organizations specializing in clean technologies including managing the clean tech portfolio with Invest Ottawa. With this diverse background Ashley is able to guide clients through the public funding and investment funding processes.
